I just got a new lacrosse stick for christmas, STX Proton+ with a Vanadium shaft, it has a stiff mesh pocket now…I was wondering, how do I break in the pocket quickly, without making it illegal?

Great stick btw. If you have hard mesh, u can rub lotion on it then get a ball and pound it. You also just need to throw against a wall so it get broken in.
